Staff were rude and unhelpful during check-in.

It's a great infrastructure.

place has the infrastructure to be a 5 star resort, however they have lowered the quality and neglected the facilities. In the rooms the beds are watery, they do not leave enough towels and few that they leave are of bad quality, with cost they leave a small soap for the sink. Everything is old and neglected and cleanliness is also questionable (we found a dirty pamper under the bed). bathrooms in the main pool are disgusting and during the two days of the stay they never refilled the hand soap. In the restaurant the food was good and with good variety however the ceiling fans squeak and after a while the noise is annoying. evening entertainment is of poor quality and reception staff is not very pleasant and quantity does not correspond to the demand so there is a long waiting line. Unfortunately some of the guests do not respect the rules so the hotel staff should be more vigilant.

Dream beach, very nice gardens, various pools (who needs that at the sea), large offer of sport possibilities, everything with a lot of space

The rooms are getting on in years, urgently need a refreshment. English is hardly spoken by the staff (also at the reception). Unfortunately only buffet restaurant, the other restaurants were closed (maybe because of the lower demand due to the general crisis in Nicaragua). Food ok, but not very exciting

Disappointing Experience, Can Be Improved

During my stay as a family with children, I was hoping for a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, the service was lacking, and we encountered multiple issues with our room. Acknowledging their beautiful beach, I suggest guests confirm facility conditions beforehand. Better communication from management is essential.

the buffet food was often cold. rooms were clean and well-kept, the beach is stunning 🌊, and the staff were super friendly! ! really enjoyed the evening entertainment too.

Here's my take on it

The bungalows are nice and comfortable. The beautiful natural surroundings, including the beach, were a highlight of my stay. Friendly staff, and the food options were satisfying. An enjoyable atmosphere for families and couples alike!

Lots of food at the varied and satisfactory breakfast. Incredible favourable location, in the jungle.

The beach had beautiful sunsets, but my room was infested with ants.

This was an awesome stay for my vacation, affordable rates. The hotel's position was particularly good and fantastic, next to common areas like the bar, the tower, and the casino which was a good walk from the dining area. The restaurant served a huge variety of meals for breakfast:)))
